Professor Jungwoo Choe, our primary PI, has helped our team execute our project since March. He provided us commentary upon our initial idea of attaching cell-penetrating peptide to antibodies for intracellular delivery and helped us shape our experiment process. Also, Professor Choe gave Dyanne advice on how to create a molecular dynamics simulation of a Ras-recognizing antibody through his background in protein structure. Without his encouragement and feedback, our team would not have been able to achieve this feat of iGEM.
Ms. Domenique Roberts, our secondary PI, guided us on how to conduct our public engagement events. Most notably, she helped us organize the education program at YISS. Without her unconditional support for our team, Team Korea_HS would not have been able to carry out many activities outside the lab.
Yu-Jung Song, our instructor, helped us learn experimental techniques and safety in the lab. She also assisted us in analyzing and understanding the results of our experiment.
Ji-Yeon Park, our instructor, also guided us on how to use various lab equipment in order to conduct our project. She gave our team advice on adding different types of assays so that we can better justify our proof of concept that CPP-attached hyperstable antibody can penetrate the cell.

University of Seoul Natural Science Research Institute provided us with the lab facility needed to conduct our project.

Yeonjae Lee, our advisor, helped our team from the start to the end. With her experience in participating in iGEM for two years, she provided us an insight on how to set-up a layout for our Wiki site and organize collaboration activities and integrated human practice interviews. Her advice on different aspects of the iGEM competition was significant to the success of our team.

Webinar Hosted by Promega Corporation on “Tips for Creating and Presenting Scientific Posters” helped our team form an attractive poster and effectively present it at the Giant Jamboree.
